~ Mount Wellington ~ Cascade Brewery Bar ~ Royal Tasmanian Botanical Garden ~
With many eateries around the city, breakfast choices become hard to choose. We decided to go for Born In Brunswick, among the most popular cafes, and also appear on a travel show the night before. Highly recommend their Vanilla Hotcake, as every bite is flavorsome.

Mount Wellington is just an easy short drive from the city. The summit has a panoramic view of Hobart city.
It was freezing as we walked toward the boardwalks. Due to the fog, some of the lookout platforms and walking trails are closed. Head into the observatory shelter for some warmth.

Have some fun over the snow near the Big Bend capark.

A relaxing walk in the greenery to The Spring Lookout point with a view of Hobart and Derwent River. A short break at the Lost Freight cafe is a must.

Cascade Brewery, established in 1824, is the oldest in Australia and is one of the iconic Tasmania brands. Enjoy an outdoor lunch in the beautiful garden.

Explore the second oldest garden in Australia, The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Garden. The 14 hectares of nature greenery is a great place to relax and enjoy, including some of its unique plant collections.

We took a private star-gazing aurora tour this evening, hoping to catch an aurora, but with no luck.
