Kotor > Perast > Konfin border > Dubrovnik
Luna Rossa Restaurant served delicious fresh from the pot breakfast. We ordered a plate of sunny side up eggs for him and a plate of the omelette for myself.

Took the easy hike route on the Kotor Fortress (Kotor Town Wall) as we had limited time. Uneven steps and rocky paths as we hiked on the town wall. Be rewarded with the panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor.

Continue to explore Kotor town after the morning workout. As the streets were not well planned, ones easily get lost at the irregular twisted alley.
The seal at the pink main gate symbolizes Tito communism (old Yugoslav national seal). The date 21 November 1944 represents the area liberation. Don’t take what’s ours, and we won’t take what’s yours, are the words on the gate.

The Cathedral of Saint Tryphon is a Catholic Church. As the century-old church has been through four different quakes and the rebuilt caused the different outlook of both the towers.

The small St. Luke Church used to serve both the Orthodox and Catholic. Currently, its an Orthodox Church.

A colorful shop caught our attention. The friendly salesgirl explains to us the story behind the individual hand-painted Russian dolls.
Continue to the next town, Perast. The small waterfront town got much fewer tourists. Scroll along the quiet waterfront and notice a unique sea creature.

We had a delicious fusion lunch at Verige65. It has a panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor.

Before reaching the Granicni Prijelaz Konfin border, we take a short walk at the beach near Igalo. The weather changes fast enough, from cloudy to sunny. The journey towards the Konfin border was smooth.

We left Montenegro and into Croatia in no time.
We drove along the scenic countryside before reaching Dubrovnik.
At Mount Std, we get a gorgeous view of the old Dubrovnik town. At the point of the visit, the strong wind made us hardly standstill.

Our dinner for the day was at Dubravka 1836, located near the entrance of Pile Gate. A tasty and enjoyable meal.

Overnight at Villa Ankora
Villa Ankora located about 10 minutes walk from the Dubrovnik walled city. We stayed in their studio apartment, which is spacious and clean. A family-run business and the owners are all very friendly and helpful.
